60 Minute MFR Session – £55

This is the ideal treatment for clients who suffer from chronic pain.  It is also beneficial if you have a lot of tension in your body, or have deep tissue restrictions from injury or overuse of muscles.  This gentle but powerful hands on approach will ease facial restrictions in your body, ease the pain and restore alignment and mobility to muscles & joints.

90 Minute MFR Session Mixed with Oil Massage – £80

For clients who want a longer treatment, this is a wonderful therapy for the body and mind. All the benefits of MFR, to release and unwind tension in the body, then finishing with an oil massage. 

60 Minute Swedish Massage –£50

A relaxing and calming full body massage, using almond oil to work into knots and tightness in the body, improving circulation and bringing a sense of well being and harmony to the body. 

60 Minute Reflexology Session –£50

Treat your feet to a deeply relaxing experience.  Your feet will feel tingling and alive after gentle reflex pressure points are applied. I include a lower leg massage with this treatment. 

I use high quality massage oils, with no parabens or synthetic fragrances, with an almond oil base. This contains soothing essential oils and restores elasticity to dry skin.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

As a matter of courtesy, please give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your therapy session. I will try and reschedule your appointment. No show bookings will be charged the full amount.

Please make payments within 24 hours of a session. Payment is by bank transfer.
