75 Minute Myofascial Release Session – £65

(A 60 minute treatment, allowing an additional 15 minutes for pre therapy consultation and relaxation at the end). This is the ideal treatment for clients who suffer from chronic pain.  It is also beneficial if you have a lot of tension in your body, or have deep tissue restrictions from injury or overuse of muscles.  This gentle but powerful hands on approach will ease facial restrictions in your body, ease the pain and restore alignment and mobility to muscles & joints.

90 Minute Myofascial Release Session – £90

For clients who want a longer treatment, this is a wonderful therapy for the body and mind. All the benefits of MFR, to release and unwind tension in the body, then finishing with an oil massage. 

60 Minute Swedish Massage –£60

A relaxing and calming full body massage, using almond oil to work into knots and tightness in the body, improving circulation and bringing a sense of well being and harmony to the body. 

I use high quality massage oils, with no parabens or synthetic fragrances, with an almond oil base. This contains soothing essential oils and restores elasticity to dry skin.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy appointment please give me at least 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the treatment will be charged in full. No show appointments will also be liable to a full charge.

Payment is by bank transfer (or payment link) prior to the session to secure your booking.
